where do I ship my returns?

What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order please contact the shipping carrier by providing your shipment number.

Can you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re happy to serve you inside Saudi Arabia!

How can I pay for my order?

To complete your order, the entire amount will be deducted at the time of purchase and the payments will be processed by using one of the payment methods listed in payment section. You are required to provide valid and correct payment details if not or your payment was rejected, your order will not be confirmed nor processed.

Can I track my order?

The shipping carrier will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

Noble & Fresh is s not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

How to create an account?

Go to this http://www.nobleandfresh.com/ and click “Login”, then register or create new account. fill in all the needed information and click “create”. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed, and you will be notified.

How do I log into my account?

When you open the website, you'll find the My Account icon on the top right corner. Click on the icon , enter your username and password then click on Login.

I forgot my password

To create a new password, click on “forgot my password?” link on the login page, enter your email then press submit. We will send you an e-mail with instructions to update your password.

My discount code is not working, what do I do?

We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes get expired or reached out their maximum limit. Also, some codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code.

How do I use my promo code?

Once you checkout a coupon promo box will appear, and you can add your code there!

I received the wrong shipment, what do I do?

We are sorry that this happened to you! You can return or exchange your item within 7 days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipment

Do you guys re-stock your inventory?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

Can i get refund or make an exchange?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. The items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return and check it you can choose a refund or store credit to be used towards the purchase of any available items.

Note that we do not include shipping fees in the gift card amount.

Where do i ship returns?
You may ship your return to the following address within 7 days of receiving the product and with a copy of your invoice:

Note that the 7 day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, so express shipping is not necessary.

Declined credit card?
We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days.

I purchased a noble & fresh product from another retailrt how do i handle returns?
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns or address customer issues for purchases made through Nobleandfresh.com.
