THE RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS PLACED THROUGH THE NOBLE & FRESH WEBSITE WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ORDER RECEIVED.

YOU MAY RETURN ANY ITEM FOR A REFUND, OR EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM, PLEASE ENSURE IT IS UNUSED, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND IN SALEABLE CONDITION, WITH ALL TAGS AND LABELS STILL ATTACHED. ITEMS THAT APPEAR WORN, WASHED, OR NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING RETURN TRANSIT.

WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR ANY DAMAGED ITEMS OR ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED ON OUR WEBSITE. YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, INCLUDING SHIPPING FEES. PLEASE SEND VALID PROOF OF DAMAGE TO (INFO@NOBLEANDFRESH.COM) , ALONG WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND DETAILS.

THE GOODS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL THEY REACH US, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE PROPERLY PACKED TO AVOID DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT. WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKED SHIPPING SERVICE AND KEEPING PROOF OF POSTAGE. LOST PARCELS CAN ONLY BE REFUNDED WITH VALID PROOF OF SHIPMENT.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT.
